EndNote

EndNote is a Curtin site licensed software, which means most students* you can obtain a copy. EndNote is a type of software which helps with creating bibliographies, lists and such.

EndNote is a database tool that:

  • Stores and imports bibliographic details of referencing material for assignments and theses.
  • Automatically creates citations, references and bibliographies for your assignments in a range of styles.
  • Integrates with common word processor and file formats, eg: RTF, HTML, etc.

To obtain a copy of EndNote, log in to OASIS, select the "my library" tab, then click on the "Download EndNote" banner. Follow the instructions for PC or Mac.

Due to software licensing arrangements, only students studying at the below locations have access to download and install EndNote:

  • Curtin University Bentley Campus
  • Perth City Campus
  • Shenton Park Campus
  • Kalgoorlie Campus
  • Margaret River Campus
  • Northam Campus
  • Sydney Campus

Examples of students who do not get access: OUA, overseas.

Ineligible students will get an “Access denied” message when attempting to download the software.
