System Design Document

The system design document (SDD) is the documentation used by CITS to maintain, upgrade and if necessary, restore the system. The documentation needs to be up-to-date to reflect the latest changes to the system.

The SDD is a mandatory pre-requisite for the following scenarios:

  • New systems.
  • Upgrade an existing system.

The latest version of the system design documentation template is available for download here.

To submit an SDD please send an email to CITS.System.Requests@curtin.edu.au.

Once submitted, the SDD will be reviewed by CITS and the business owner notified of the review status.
