Remote Assistance
If you have been directed to this web page, it's because we want you to activate a secure remote assistance session with the CITS Service Desk.
You will be asked to activate one of the links below depending on whether you are using a Mac or a PC. Service Desk staff will assist you to make this secure connection.
If you have never used remote assistance before, it allows someone else to use your machine to help diagnose problems (often much easier than you trying to describe what is happening, and to then make the changes yourself).
