Account and password
OASIS
Once your details are recorded in Curtin’s HR system (Alesco), an OASIS account is automatically created for you.
Network account
When you become current on Curtin's HR system (which may be straight away), a network account will automatically be created for you. Depending on your role, an email account will be created for you too.
When you have an OASIS account (your line manager should communicate this to you), you can then go to OASIS to “Activate your account”. Clicking on “Activate your account” will start the short process, after which you will have an OASIS password.
Your OASIS password is your password for many Curtin systems (workstation login, library access, etc).
If you are unsure as to whether you are recorded in the HR system (Alesco) or unsure as to whether you have an account, contact your line manager (or school/area contact) to confirm.
Please note: If you are a new staff member with details in Alesco, but not yet current (i.e. do not start your contract until later), you will be able to activate your OASIS account (pre-employment view), but not log in to a Curtin Workstation until you are current.
