Service desk
The CITS Service Desk is the campus's first contact point for IT questions and issues, handling phone calls, email and walk-in requests for services and support. Before contacting CITS Service Desk you should check to see if your question has already been answered at Ask Curtin.
There are a number of ways you can contact the CITS Service Desk for help:
At Bentley campus you can call extension 9000, off campus you can call (08) 9266 9000 (7:30am to 9:00pm Mon-Fri during semesters, otherwise 8:00am to 5:00pm)
Send an email to service.desk@curtin.edu.au
On Bentley campus you can visit the Service Desk in Building 200b (next to Curtin Bookshop)
Curtin staff and students can lodge a service call by completing the Service Desk Web Form
