IT Benchmark Survey

In 2016, Curtin University will again participate in the IT Service Quality Benchmark Survey, along with over 30 other universities from Australia and New Zealand. The purposes of the survey are:

  1. To gather information about client satisfaction in order to continue to improve IT services at Curtin; and
  2. To obtain comparative benchmark data about IT service delivery across Australian and New Zealand universities.

Email from Voice Project

Like many emails originating from outside of Curtin, the email from Voice Project may appear without any graphics showing. If this is the case, then this is the email system's spam protection system stopping the graphics. Like many email systems, you should be able to download the graphics once you are happy that the email is legitimate:

  • In Office 2013: Click on "Click here to download pictures." and then click on "Download Pictures" (see the "Download Pictures" image below). You can also right-mouse-click on a graphic not downloaded...
